Terms of Service.

Dela is a referral marketing platform for small to medium sized businesses. Dela is a trading name of Dela Platform Ltd.  Our registered office is Unit 3 Woodgrove Farm, Fulbrook Hill, Fulbrook, Oxfordshire, OX18 4BH. Company registration number 13078839.

On signing up you will be required to enter your card details. We guarantee that so long as you are a new customer that no money will be drawn from your account until such time as you meet the threshold as outlined in our price promise. You are required to enter a valid card in order for us to ensure that you are able to honour any cash related incentive that you offer your customers. Once you meet the conditions as outlined in our price promise your account will automatically upgrade to our paid plan. 


The agreement is between Dela Platform Ltd and you, the client. 


You agree that, once the conditions of the price promise are met that you will pay £39/month + VAT for access to the Dela platform. The subscription gives you 30 'claims' per month. For clarity, a claim is a customer who scans the QR code or activates their link, so in this context a redemption = a paying customer. 

After your first 30 new customers you will be charged £1.20 for each new claim (i.e paying customer) thereafter. As an example, if Dela brings you 50 new customers that month you will be charged £63. At the end of each month your invoice will be calculated on this basis and as such, will represent a base subscription fee with any additional charges being in direct relation to new business that we have generated for you. We mean it when we say that your success is our top priority =) 


Except when required by law, all payments to Dela Platform Ltd are non refundable. If your payment fails during the course of a month and you owe an influencer part of all of their financial reward then this will be pursued, even if your account is no longer active. If payment is not made within 14 days then statutory interest rates will be applied until such time as the matter is resolved. 



We take no liability for the incentives that you design and promote. Prior to each campaign you will be able to use our ROI calculator to clearly see the returns that the campaign will give you. For any cash incentives that you offer that result in successful new business and a payout to your customer there will be a processing fee of 6% (minimum £1 with a maximum charge of £10). For context, for £20 you would pay £21.20. This is primarily to cover the Stripe fee. 


Your account can be cancelled at any time from the account profile section of your dashboard. You will receive confirmation by email of the date at which your account will be deactivated at which point billing will cease and you will no longer have access to your account. Any campaigns or incentives that are currently in circulation will also expire at this time. A request to cancel an account sent via email or communicated over the phone does not constitute a cancellation. 


Usage is strictly limited to the branch/office/business location that signs up. Referral codes and offers are linked to this account and profile and cannot be used by an associated branch of business. Additional users can be added to your account via your account profile. 


You have full autonomy over how you choose to communicate your offers. 


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dela Platform Ltd and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees), resulting from or arising out of  your use of the Dela Platform. 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


Communicating with your clients 

Your clients remain your clients. Communicating with them to encourage the sharing and use of incentives will all be done via your account. We shall never communicate directly with your clients unless it is to resolve a situation linked expressly to the issues surrounding an incentive or technical queries in relation to their interface or sharing codes. 


We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of service at any time. All changes will be communicated with you.

Bespoke pricing packages can be created for those looking to offer Dela to their wider franchise, branch network of associated businesses.
